This range is all about Freshness, balance and great drinkability. The Rouge is a 100% Cinsault . The grapes are sourced from vineyards on the different soils in various part of the Swartland.

This seductive Cinsault has a perfumed nose of violets, spice and purple fruits. The medium to full bodied, food friendly palate is finely textured with firm but approachable tannins and as fresh, lingering finish. Best served at 14C.
Vinifications
All fruits are whole bunch handled; no crushing or destemming takes place. The grapes are fermented in opened tank and aged 70% in stainless steel 30% in old French oak barrels. No additions are done to the grapes other than sulfur before and after fermentation.
