Grapes from our decomposed granite dryland vineyard were picked in the early morning from a single block of 28-year-old Chenin Blanc bush vines in the Swartland region and Franschhoek. These deep soils tend to produce wines with great acidity and low pH.
Rich, balanced, and mouth-filling, with flavours of baked apple, almond paste, and honey.
An intriguing, spicy palate with a round, soft texture and a clean, lemony-zesty thread. Full-on elegance…
Fermented and aged in concrete eggs.
